Agreement (v0.1 — plain English)
By creating your link you agree to: disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you
share it (an FTC requirement — "I earn a commission if you subscribe" is enough) ·
no self-referral (claiming your own business through your own link records nothing) ·
no spam, no misleading claims about BLKB2B or any listed business ·
commission applies to subscription revenue from businesses you referred, at rates
published when billing opens (DRAFT until then) · a W-9 is required before any payout once
your earnings reach the IRS reporting threshold ($600/year, 1099-NEC) ·
BLKB2B may void events that are fraudulent or violate this agreement.
