Billing, refunds and cancellation

Currency and billing: All prices are in US dollars. Subscriptions are billed by BLKB2B Inc. through Zoho Billing and processed by Zoho Payments; cards and ACH (US bank accounts) are accepted. Your bank statement will show BLKB2B.
Renewal and cancellation: Monthly plans renew each month and the annual plan renews each year until you cancel. Cancel any time from your BLKB2B account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for. We don't prorate partial periods.
Refunds: Cancel within 7 days of your first subscription charge and email us for a full refund of that charge. Later charges are non-refundable. One-time purchases are delivered digitally and are non-refundable once delivered.
